We execute risk assessments pursuant to section 6 (3 &4) of Occupational Safety and Health Act,
2007 which requires that an appropriate risk assessment to ensure the safety and health of the persons employed is carried out.
The risk assessment helps to identify the hazards, risks and mitigations in place to ensure that the material inputs, equipment,
tools and processes at the workplace are safe and without risk to health and complies to requirements of the OSHA. We subsequently
submit the report to the relevant County Directorate of Safety and Health Officer. (CDOSH)
Pursuant to section 58 of the Environmental Management and Coordination Act, 1999 and
section 16 & 19 of the Environment (Impact Assessment & Audit) Regulations 2003; we facilitate the conduct of an Environmental
Impact Assessment. health of the persons employed is carried out for submission to the National Environment Management Authority.
